In 1999 an 11 year old girl named Mikelle Biggs vanished without a trace after leaving to get ice cream in front of her house- she was only out of sight for 90 seconds- there are very few clues that have emerged in her case- one of which is a bizarre message scribbled on a dollar bill. Perhaps only one person knows for certain what happened to her, a man in prison with a dark past….
